Shipping policy
At Buubu London, each order is carefully prepared and packed with attention to detail. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and Nigeria.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
During new launches, limited drops, sales periods, or custom-order periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order and we will let you know if delivery can be arranged.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
United States: 7-14 business days
Nigeria: 5-10 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Any available free-shipping offers will be clearly shown at checkout or during promotional periods.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges may apply when your order arrives in your country.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Buubu London is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid customs fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Buubu London is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and shipping details.
We will work with the courier to investigate the issue. However, Buubu London is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.
Pre-Orders and Custom Orders
Pre-order and custom-order items may have longer processing times. Any estimated production or dispatch timeframe will be stated on the product page or confirmed with you directly.
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and custom/pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.
